Consumer protection and data protection

The Consumer & Data Protection Unit was created at the end of 2013 as a separate body within the Group Compliance Department. New compliance rules ensure a consistent level of consumer protection in various areas (such as mortgage loans, consumer loans and insurance). The Data Protection Officer implements detailed policies to oversee data protection and the processing of employee and client data.

We ensure constant monitoring and training in these areas.
