Personal Loans & Credit Cards
KBCI Credit Cards (now Exicon), have transferred to Bank of Ireland.
If you had a Personal Loan with KBCI (now Exicon), this has now transferred to either Bank of Ireland or Pepper. You will have received a letter from us confirming where your account was transferred to.

Cessation of Payment Processing
On November 2nd 2023, all SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area) processing at KBCI (now Exicon) ceased. KBC Dublin Branch will continue to investigate and (where it’s deemed appropriate to do so) honour any payment recalls and returns in line with our regulatory obligations. Should you require a recall or return, please contact CustomerEnquiries@kbc.com.
PRSA
KBC have surrendered your PRSA and transferred your PRSA fund value to a new PRSA with Bank of Ireland Life or another pension provider of your choosing. If you have any questions about the transfer of your PRSA or about your pension fund generally, you should contact your new PRSA or pension provider.
