Diana Rádl Rogerová

Born in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, on 15 August 1972.
Holds a Master’s Degree in International Trade, Monetary Economics and Banking (VŠE, University of Economics and Business in Prague).
In 2006, she became an audit partner at Deloitte in Prague, where she was responsible for the audits of several major financial institutions. From 2016 to 2022, she was a managing partner of Deloitte Czech Republic. Between 2018 and 2022, she combined this responsibility with the role of Chief Strategy Officer of Deloitte Europe, overseeing the development and implementation of the global strategy across all of Deloitte’s European business units (Audit, Tax and Legal, Consulting, Financial Advisory and Risk Advisory). In 2022, Diana founded Behind Inventions, an investment company that has a number of technological start-ups in its portfolio, and became its managing partner. In 2022, Diana was named ‘Czech Manager of the Year’.
In the BoD of KBC Group: independent director, member of the Audit Committee, the Risk and Compliance Committee and the Nomination Committee.
